Getting Help

Common Issues

  • If sign-in fails, check that you are using the same domain that was configured in Google OAuth.
  • If a playlist is missing, confirm that YouTube allows the signed-in account to view it.
  • If Burn After Watching hides the wrong video, open the Watched section and choose Unmark.

Data Removal

To remove PlayGrid-stored data for your signed-in account, visit the Privacy Policy page and use Delete My PlayGrid Data.
